For a good time...call T. Scott Gross! If there is one thing that makes Scott smile, it's making others smile. And he's good at it. Scott will keep you laughing for as long you have to listen to his stories and tall tales. All of his stories have a point, but you really won't care!
Scott wanted to grow up to be a doctor but worried that he wouldn't have the patients! (Rim shot! Bada bing!) He settled for working as a first-responder EMT and firefighter covering nearly 400 square miles of very rural Texas. Today, he serves his small Hill Country city as a member of city council and is working hard to apply in a government setting the principles he teaches his corporate audiences.
Scott has written 12 fun-to-read books, including The Service Prescription: Healthcare the Way It was Meant to Be!, which is based in part on Scott's first book and most requested keynote, Positively Outrageous Service! The Service Prescription, co-authored with Karyn Buxman RN MSN and Greg Ayers DMD, offers step-by-step guidelines for building healthcare practices that deliver in true POS style.
Scott is an expert on customer service, managing high performance teams, and branding. His favorite brand is 'Buns', his wife and best friend on the planet. She calls him ‘Tiger’...use your imagination!
