How Are the Lungs Affected by Stress?

Take a look at the following studies:

      1. www.palmbeachpost.com/health/people-with-asthma-more-likely-to-be-depressed-317245.html - People With Asthma More Likely to Be Depressed

This study shows that asthmatics are 50 percent more likely to have anxiety and depression compared to those who do not have asthma.

      2. www.azma.com/Asthma-Article.aspx?type=news&aid=666 - Prenatal Stress May Boost Baby's Asthma Risk

This study found that prenatal stress can increase the risk of a child developing asthma later in life.

There are few other similar studies regarding stress and our lungs. Why the link?
