Is it advisable for new Physical Therapy graduates to begin their career as a travelling therapists? Some say they absolutely loved it and some say it's not the best thing to do right out of school. What's your say?

I have worked with new grad PT's that have been EXTREMELY successful doing travel and others that have had a very hard time. I think it comes down to the individual and their confidence/skill set. I have always felt that clinical locations and settings play a big role in the therapist's capability to hit the ground running as well. You will hear opinions all over the board on new grads as travelers but I think it ultimately comes down to what the individual PT wants after knowing what is expected of them.
