has anyone seen the "The King's Speech" yet? I heard it was fabulous - 'The story of King George VI of Britain, his impromptu ascension to the throne and the speech therapist who helped the unsure monarch become worthy of it' - great reviews.

Hi Teddy, I've seen the King's Speech - it is a really excellent film and will do a lot to share with people what Speech Therapists actually do.

At http://stammering.org/colinfirth.html there is an interesting interview with Colin Firth (who plays the king in the film).

I would recommend all speech therapists and their clients to see the film - especially if they are working in the field of dysfluency/stuttering.

        Richard
